Sorry, this payment option isn’t available

Hello. I recently had some problems with my account, I couldn't get in it without confirming my identity and it wouldn't let me confirm it. I eventually had it fixed by calling paypal and having them look at my account, and I got the account back. I paid and recieved a few payments for some time and suddenly I got an error message from ebay saying I couldn't pay with paypal. It said:
"Sorry, this payment option isn’t available. Here are your options:
Select a different payment option.
Contact PayPal customer service to resolve this issue."

I emailed paypal before and they never answered me, and I can't wait till monday morning to get it back.

I tried deleting history and cookies, tried to pay with the ebay iphone app, tried using another browser, computer and search engine, nothing works!

The phone support isn't open until Monday, which is three days from now. I really can't wait that long for personal reasons so I'm looking for any other ways to complete my purchase

Really their phone lines are open over here at the weekend and i thought they were in the US as well.

Nope the phone support doesn't work on weekends here

Is there a reason another payment option can't be chosen?  Don't your merchant have another way of checking out?  Been hear a lot of people having this issue and people are getting ping ponged around between merchant site and PayPal pointing fingers.

It's not a problem with the merchent, I can't buy anything on ebay. It doesn't matter who the seller is, I always get the same error message.

On eBay, they give you the option to pay with credit card and bypass PayPal.  Are you able to do that?  Unless you can get a hold of PayPal and your issue is pressing, your hands are tied.
