Problems Linking Us Bank Account

When I try to link the US Bank account it says that the bank is disabled and to try another bank. The routing and account numbers are correct. Need assistance as I want to access my funds urgently.

Is this your hometown bank?

Have you ever had any non-sufficient funds issues with the bank?

Have you ever had any issues with the bank checking account?

Have you ever attempted to link this account to PayPal before?

This is the first time that I am linking this bank to Paypal.

It is not a hometown bank. I am sending the cash to a relative of mine.

Its Capital One. I think its prepaid

You have to link proper bank accounts, not alternative banking and cash solutions type accounts where a checking or savings account is not required to have one.  No accounts that are reloadable or pre-paid cards.  No virtual banks.

For example, Capital One has checking and savings accounts.

The Capital one account I am using is a legit checking account that I want to transfer funds to but it keeps saying that it is disabled and I dont know why.
