What happens to  refund that was credited back? It didn't go back to my bank but I don't see anywhere to access it on any  new purchases. How do I use it?

What is the status of the refund?  If you paid with bank, it should go back to your PP balance and then you can withdrawl it to bank if you like.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

If you paid by credit or debit card the refund should go back to those which takes up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.

I paid with a debit card, the credit was refunded August 7, but has not shown up in my bank account as of Sept. 6. I had a refund months ago that never went back to my bank either, just disappeared.

Repeating an earlier question, what is the status of the refund?

What are the details in your PayPal account?

It just shows a + sign next to the amount under my transactions on August 7, doesn't show anything else. No balance anywhere else.

Does the transaction detail show fees?

Does the trranscation detail show a related account?

These are details you haven't provided.

No fees, transaction is linked to my debit card, as are all my purchases. Just shows the date of refund, the amount, no fees and the balance. Not seeing any other info besides this.
