I bought more than one item from a seller and he agreed to a reduced shipping fee since he could bundle the items and avoid additional shipping costs. What is the best way to collect this refund from the seller if I pay him the full amount as per Ebay. Can he deposit it in my PayPal account?

REfund must be by the same method as payment. Seller just needs to do the refund from the purchase transaction.

Why do you have to pay first, your seller can reduce the postage on the ebay sale before you pay.
