Money not showing up in account after customer pays.

I'm a little frustrated. I had a customer make a payment last night, and it isn't showing up in my account, even though it says it was paid, and I got a confirmation email on it being paid. MY email address I just confirmed and it's still not showing up!!! What is going on!

Ae you sure the money is not being held for 21 days as pending?  If this is not the case how are you getting verification of payment?  Is the person sending you this?  If you got an email from PP check the header information to see if it is actually coming from PP and not from a third party trying to scam you.

if it is not in your Paypal account ,then it has not been paid .

Look into your history/activity,do you see the transaction there?

Look at the email they sent you,send it to spoof@paypal.com,they will tell you if it is from Paypal.
