Hi all has anybody had trouble getting a refund from Pay Pal because of unauthorised transactions from Microsoft.Pay Pal are refusing to refund although my Microsoft account is ring fenced and has not been accessed,none of the transactions are on my Microsoft account,and Microsoft say there is no-one else who has access to my account.So why are they refusing to refund ?
It's likely that those were Preapproved transactions to which you may have forgotten about.
Go to your profile settings, click Payments, click My Preapproved Payments and cancel any payment profile you no longer want making charges to your account.
