Known Issue: Payments not appearing on sender or receiver's account

Update:  Engineers are reporting the issue with transaction delays was fixed late last night (around 2am ET).  Typically a transaction may take a few minutes to appear in the account activity and we are back to that normal behavior.  Thanks for your patience during this issue.

Hi everyone,

Our engineers are aware of an issue right now where payments are not immediately appearing in the account activity for both senders and recipients.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and our engineers are working to fix this as soon as possible.

This issue appears to be causing a delay in when the payments appear.  The transaction is initiated, it's just not appearing on the website for up to 4-5 hours in some cases (the time appears to be random).

I will update this post when we have more information and to let everyone know when the fix has been implemented.

I requested money and i wasn't even shipping anything i just needed to borrow some money from my Dad and it says something about receive your payment in 21 days and i was thought on paypal you could just request money from family but please help the money is pending though so how i can i get my money straight away because I wasn't shipping anything i just wanted to borrow some money from my dad help please!!

Your Dad has to send the money to you, you can not request it.  He can send via PayPal using your email address

Hi,

  We are using paypal adaptive payment method for our website. And we have more than one receiver to receive the payment. When we are trying to do a checkout thorugh paypal it is happening properly with same number of transactions id as same number of payment receivers. But when i am making a api call to get payment details its not returning me all the receivers and correspondent transaction ids. Would you please suggest me what is going wrong here or how to get all the receivers details with transactions id by making a api call.

I need all the receiver's detals and transaction id for the same transaction.

If you suggest a api call example code it will great helpful for me.

I'm having this issue now. I received a payment last night 7/7 about 10PM CDT, but the activity still has not shown up so I can not see the buyer's shipping details. I can see the balance is available, however.

I received several payments from the same person and I can not see them in my activity log. I can see the balance but not the actual transaction. Is this happening to anyone else?

Similar issue here. I sent a payment via F&F over 19 hours ago now, but the payee can't see it in activity log. It's showing up in my activity log fine. It's a small amount and the payee receives quite a lot of payments so it's difficult to know if it's showing up in balance. Anyone know what's going on?

I have the same issue. eBay buyer made purchase at 12.03 on 9/7/16. Showing as paid in my eBay account. When I click on the view transaction in PayPal there is no record of the payment and the total funds do not include the transaction.
