Never had this issue before. Paypal shows payment received but also shows zero balance. Seems this has occurred before to others. Called paypal and they said they are working on the issue but 12 hours later, still zero balance. Am I to trust that the payment was actually received and ship the item or wait for it to be corrected to be sure.
