PayPal funds

If I already have funds in my PayPal account but not quite the amount needed for a purchase will they take the funds already in there first and then go into my bank account for the rest of the money needed for the purchase?

Yes as long as you don't use pay after delivery OR the funds are in another currency and not what the seller accepts.
