Payment not received

Hello PayPal, I am from Albania. A company from New York was trying to send money to me but they got the message: "Your recipient is not able to receive funds at this time. Your recipient must first set up his or her account to receive funds." which is strange because it's the first time that happens to me. Before this I also submitted to them a payment request. Can you help? Alina Karaulli

Check your Block Payment settings in your seller preferences.
