I can not withdraw money to the card

Hello!

I can not withdraw money to the card. The system always writes the "Internal Server Error".

Support Service via "Message Center" never respond. I waited for more than two months.

Sent messages are not visible "Your messages cannot be displayed at this time".

The problems started after the upgrade design.

Please help!

Thus, as shown by experiments "Message Center" works only when you are not logged in. Only in this case, the support team receives your messages. And I finally answered. It is true despite the fact that they respond to the message - they were never read. Because I ask one - they answer quite different, that is absolutely not on the merits. Whether idiots, or bullied.

 

For hemorrhoids three months they **bleep** my brains again demanded to send confirmation of my identity, address and credit card. Then not to be sent to **bleep** threw me miserable pittance as $ 5, but like everything repaired. I was able to check only when there will be money in the account. Withdrawal on my other card always worked.

and received: "You cannot complete this transaction at this time."

 

01.25.2016 I have successfully sent funds to this card, but earlier also saw the error message.

Hello!

Repeatedly through "Message Center". Tried different browsers, even IE - no results.

Repeatedly and in vain contacted via Facebook.

Send emails to all Email, with its found and provided on Facebook.

 

All in vain! Paypal - the staff are dead!

 

Call I can not (00353 1 436 9111) - do not speak English and Bulgaria!
