How do I make a payment to PayPal

The "make a payment" option is gone. The new and the classic forms both haven't got it. So how do I make a payment? Should I just forget about it and not pay? That doesn't seem right. But PayPal won't answer, either. I'm probably missing something really obvious, but they won't point it out to me. So. . .how do I make a payment?

***I sent this to PayPal yesterday but wasn't able to post until today because their server was down. When they responded, they only repeated the directions that I had included in this email. Please put a bloody "make a payment" blue button-link on the main PayPal page!!! FCOL!!!! You have MORE THAN 50 pages on your website of people just like me, smart and frustrated, who are begging for that link!!!! I read several pages and it's obvious you don't because your customers are asking and you aren't responding. I just called you with a 6 digit code...I was on hold for several minutes, someone answered and transferred me to Smart Connect account service in India!!! Upset people don't want to speak to anyone in INDIA, I asked multiple times if he was in the USA but he only knew to ask account verification questions which he did over and over whenever I asked where he was. I quit answering his questions until he did admit to being in India then I asked for a transfer to the USA. I was transferred to the USA to a "supervisor" Jane in Kansas City. When I explained that I couldn't find a link to "make a payment" and I wasn't the only one AND I was disappointed that my call went to a "call center" in India, her first response was to tell me that "your calls are routed to many countries"....nice!!! She then told me to click on "wallet" on the main page and I could make a payment there. Wrong, wrong, wrong!!!! When I told her it wasn't there, she then pretended to not hear me and I continued to tell her not to hang up on me. She didn't hang up on me but miraculously heard me again once she had figured out that the payment key could be found by following the "smart (dumb) connect" arrow/button. Truly a miracle. She asked if she could help further (hah! She didn't even know where the link was either!!!!), I told her "no" but I had agreed to take a survey and I would leave my issues there. ***Immediate Dial Tone***-a miracle for her. I totally agree.  I have been a PayPal customer sine they started and for many, many, years things were just fine. You were able to find what you want very easily, then they added Bill Me Later and had an easy link to get to it.  Not now.  I can't do anything but go around in circles on this @*#&^$site now.

Very frustrating, to say the least!!!

Does anybody know who is resopnsible for **bleep** up PayPal?  Where are the tar and feathers?!?! E(

Agree.  Not acceptable.  It's a terrible website.  It wasn't great before but it's really bad now.

On your account summary page, you see highlighted topics. The first is your PayPal balance, and beneath it is Bill Me Later.  Directly across from the topic is an arrow. Click on the arrow and the options will appear.  It took me awhile before I discovered it. Not sure I like the whole set up

tbone321 -- I salute you. But why is it that PayPal deliberately confuses its customers in the first place? They are now like AT&T and not worth doing business with.

IT IS INCREDIBLE! IT IS DELIBRATE ACTION BY PAY PAL NOT TO ALLOW PAYMENT OPTIONS.  JUST GO TO YOUR BILLING STATEMENT AND USE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER AND THE ADREES AS SHOWN. YOU DON'T WANT YOUR ACCOUNT TO BE OVERDUE!!!!

I don't have the Bill Me Later option, I have PayPal balance and Banks and Cards. Neither of those options provide me with a payment page.

I just went **bleep** trying to make a payment. What I found out is that you have to set up a "credit" account to use bill me later. I am just just going to drop in the mail. I don't have and want Paypal credit .The debit card does  me well, thank you.

YEAH! I MADE A PAYMENT ON LINE FINALLY:) GO TO SUMMARY PAGE THEN CLICK PAY PAL SMART CONNECT THEN THE ARROW TO RIGHT! IT WILL TAKE YOU TO THE PAYMENT PAGE.
