The "make a payment" option is gone. The new and the classic forms both haven't got it. So how do I make a payment? Should I just forget about it and not pay? That doesn't seem right. But PayPal won't answer, either. I'm probably missing something really obvious, but they won't point it out to me. So. . .how do I make a payment?
Excellent. That's it. I took a screen shot and paste it to my desktop. who ever the webmaster is for the new PayPal site needs to seriously listen to their customer base. We want an Easy "Make Payment" button. I don't know why that is so difficult. I run webpages and know it will take them no longer that 20 minutes to add the button. One minute to add it, and 19 minutes to test it. But that's it. Drives me nutts somethimes. Anyway, Thanks Strip.
Have just read all the posts hitting on July/August dates about not being able to make a payment. Here it is September 6 and what the rest of you have already pointed out I just experienced. Not able to make a payment. On the Summary page Dhere is a link that says Make A Payment, click on it and it takes you to the payment screen but then that screen disappears in seconds and then takes you to a blank screen. All these years paying to Bill Me Later never ever had a problem. does anyone know if this was ever fixed? If this is stil an ongoing problem after 2 months the IT person responsible for this system should be fired.
