How do I make a payment to PayPal

The "make a payment" option is gone. The new and the classic forms both haven't got it. So how do I make a payment? Should I just forget about it and not pay? That doesn't seem right. But PayPal won't answer, either. I'm probably missing something really obvious, but they won't point it out to me. So. . .how do I make a payment?

Paypal has become like alot of nowadays corporations,; once they become successful they could give a **bleep** about it's members that made them what they are. They are now sitting back waiting for someone to make them an offer. Perfect example:: send them an email requesting some assistance and see if anybody EVER emails you back with an answer. Notice that they do not show/list a mailing address.They do not want to hear from you, they just want to take your money. My goal now is to pay them off and never use them again.

While they WERE a good thing, they could now care less about you, we have more important things to do; like; hang out at starbucks on the clock for another hour, so what if I have 20K unanswered emails, what are they going to do complain. **bleep**, they'll simply go unanswered like everything else around here.

sandypurins -- You are so innocent and naive. I made two calls. I asked one question: How do I make a payment on my account. The PayPal answering service did not answer my question either time. PayPal has gone the route of AT&T: lie, confuse, and then steal.

The reason we use a web site is so we don't have to call anyone, or twitter them, or face book them.  Where is the easy btton...yu took it away.

How, indeed!???  I've been trying all day to contact them and none of the published numbers do anything.  I've sent feedback (probably should have taken a deep breath first) and emailed them.  I can not find any information on the web site that indicates I have made any payment to my account except by the lowerd balances displayed in some of the pages.  The only information I've found is only of interest to PayPal with regard to orders etc..  Is there a secret link that allows me to see ALL transcactions including credits, debits, bank payments etc.?  So far it appears to me that my bank is sending money to a void with no record of payment except that my bank account is showing a debit.  we should be able to see all transactions, clearly on the web site in a way that makes sense like a bank statement or any other credit card statement but I haven't been able to find such a formant anywhere on the site.
