I am a relatively new seller, but the item i sold was not my first. My eBay account said they would be available today and my paypal account has not made them available even though it is past the hour they were delivered. it has been 3 days since confimed delivery and no problems have arisen between the buyer and myself. when i go to my paypal balance and check the estimated availability date there it says "try later." I am wondering when i will recieve payment
