Please Help--Ive just had a text from my bank-account which is connected to paypal (a top-up card),saying that a direct-debit is going out tomorrrow 24th august 2016,an to make sure there's sufficent funds to compensate for this.What i am asking its with paypal the direct debit do paypal charge any fee whatsoever,its a new paypal account,im confused can anyone advise on this..??.Also i have only used it twice an on both times the money as been there to deduct from-Account 2wks old..??/Thank-You Very Much..??

Did you use Paypal to pay for goods /services?

If I understand what you are saying,money is being transferred from your bank account to your Paypal account,there should be no fee for the transfer.

I am in USA,we pay no fee

What country are you in?
