Can't make payment to Paypal Credit (literally)

I'm not 100% sure that the problem isn't only on my system, but when I attempt to pay my bill on Paypal Credit, the page doesn't leave the initial overview. 

It adds "#"  to the url (https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/credit/payments?requester=merchant) , but otherwise refuses to continue to the actual page. This applies to view payments and older transactions. 

I tried this on Chrome and IE, so it's not just a single browser glitch.

Any help would be appreciated.

I also tried making payment and have not been able too spent 'hour and half last night and now another our this AM

Solved it:

Go to: https://www.paypalcredit.com/index.html
(Login as necessary)
Click on "Contact Us" in upper right corner

Click on "On Bill Me Later"

Then you can click on "Financial Summary" or "Payment Center"

Never had a harder time trying to find the payment site. very anti-consumer.

Wow, this conversation has been going on for a year.....So, annoying. I'm having the same problem here. Followed everones advice and still no luck! Grr, all I want to do is pay Them. =_="

Here's an update! After rummaging through the web for answers I decide trying to call them. I used there contact us # and after listening to 15 mins of advertising, I was told that I had the wrong number....=_=" Maybe they don't want to be paid, but I surely don't want to be indebted to them!

I am so frustrated - I haven't been able to log into my account since the Bill Me Later to Payal switch. 

I've called numerous time and I have been told Paypal Credit is supposed to show up in my wallet. It's still not there, and they think I'm crazy because I don't see it.

I'm so sick of paying by phone because I'm on hold forever. I stopped calling and now they call me when it's past due and I pay it then. I need to pay it completely off. 

I'm glad I found this thread because I see I'm not the only one with these issues. I hope someone at Paypal is reading this and fixing this problem!!

I am sure everybody has heard this all before, but I am getting really annoyed with paypal credit, by putting the paypalcredit" option first at ebay checkout it is easy to click on the wrong one, I wonder if this is deliberate, any way, trying to pay this has proved nigh impossible, They keep telling me that if i want to make a single payment, then to select single payment on the make a payment page, which only says i have no funding source and to set up a direct debit which i dont want to do, i note the" try wallet"but only end up in the same place  I think Paypal is going the same way as others who have entered this market, paypal stick to what you are good at!!!
