I recently discovered I have PayPal associated ACH fees totalling over $300, this has overdrafted my bank account. What's unusual is that these were for a charge that has long been taken care of and has no transaction log in my account. Also, I had removed this bank account from it's association from PayPal and PayPal has no authorization to keep charging it for these reasons. I could see if this happened over a large purchase but, it was pretty change $1.60, that again, had long been taken care of. This would have meant that PayPal had attempted to charge my removed account over 10 times. I checked with my bank and they said the return fees were not from them. Community, who's in the wrong here, or who should I correspond with? I'm on a fixed income and these fees have already taken half of what I have to live on for the month. Please help!
