pay after delivery due date coming up but no package has arrived

I got a pay after delivery item and it says it was delivered but I do not have this package what is the proper course of action in this matter.

As it is already paid for through paypal How do i let them know this?

You have the same buyer protection with pay after delivery as  with an instant purchase.

The seller is still paid instantly by paypal but they allow you 14 days before paypal debit your account to pay them back again.

You have up to 180 days to file a dispute for non receipt of item via the resolve a problem link on your paypal summary page.

BUT its always best to contact the seller first and works things out in case their is a postage delay etc.

However you said that it says its been delivered?? Where does it say that??

on the USPS site. I have filed a case with them
