if sending money peer to peer using PAYPAL fund or bank fund from Japan,the fee is 0.3% .
If he is using credit or debit card,the fee is 3.4-3.9% plus a fixed fee
And I believe it is the sender who pays the fee ,not the recipient,I dont know how it works out?like if you want to send $100,then Paypal charges you 100 plus fee or is fee taken out from the recipient?
