full refund is incomplete (only 8 Euros was added to paypal account instead of 19 Euro)

Today is 3 Sept, I checked my Bank account and the amount of 11 Euros refund is missing. Acording to my paypal /myaccount/home on 1 Sept 8,03 EUR was added to paypal and 10,98 EUR to my bank account, am I right? snap shot:  http://i.imgbox.com/a9q0cmq6.jpg

I asked for help via "Help & Contact" but didn't get an answer. Who can help me? Did I get a full refund or not? If yes then where is the missing 11 Euros? Thank you

Looks like part of your original payment was made via a debit card?

If so then it will go back to your bank account but takes about a week to process back there after being marked as completed on paypal.

Thank you very much, I will be patient. I wonder though why is no reply from "Help Center/Contact PayPal". Is it just me or others have been ignored as well? ;-(

All I see is 19.01 euro refunded on September 1 to you PAYPAL balance,saidnothing about bank.

Its shows that amount as a refund.

BELOW that it shows 8.03 credited to paypal balance.........which shows in that balance

AND 10.98 sent to bank account > visa number etc etc etc (which shows it was a debit card).

As such the 10.98 would take up to a week to clear through to their bank account.

You need to use the zoom thing to see it clearly.

best is to call Paypal and ask.

(In USA,when a credit transaction is issued to your credit card ,a transaction fee of 20-30 cents is charged per credit card rule,so your refund will be smaller than the original amount to be refunded to you.

Dont know how it is handled outside USA)
