What happens If I do not add my SSN in the resolution center to unlimit my account? Will my account still get unlimited? Cause I read that you do not need to really add your SSN, if you don't you just wont be able to add funds from your bank.

Then your account will remain limited. Because it looks like you can only receive money and payments but you can withdraw, can't refund, can't send money or payment, nor pay using PayPal.
If you do not feel comfortable with providing SSN, let PayPal know, then you get the 180 day hold of your funds to cover any eventual disputes and chargebacks. Any left over, you will be able to withdraw and your account will be permanently limited.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
