Hi.
I purchased a record from a dealer in Florida. The disc was not the one i thought.... my mistake. Contact was made with seller, who agreed for me to return the item back for a refund. Seller has this record most definitely but will not send on my money. I have sent numerous plea's but these are totaly ignored.
I find that going through ebay is very long winded and frustrating. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you.

You could open a paypal dispute but you would need trackable proof that the seller received the item back again for you to win.
Not sure if paypal is any quicker than ebay though.
Your other option is if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact you card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hi Kudos.
Thank you for your reply. The seller received it alright, he has it back up for sale on ebay.
On June the 14th he messaged me to say.... "You need to mark shipped before i can refund"
What more proof do i need than this?
Regards
Neil
