Not getting money in PayPal

I've had multiple people send me money on PayPal recently with the screenshots showing they have paid but I'm not getting notifications in my email or any money on my account and they have sent the completed pictures proving they have sent

Faked screen shots are not proof of anything.

Rely on your account transactions on your PayPal activity screen on your computer.

As for those sending pictures, do you know the people personally?  Were you expecting money?  If so, why?

I don't think the screenshots are faked even though that's always possible , they still show my email and have different transaction numbers

Have you ever met the people in person?

Did you ask them to send money?

Why are the claiming to send money?

What are you supposed to do with money?
