I'm brand new to PayPal. On my very first transaction ever I am afraid I have been taken! I used the "send money to friends & family in the US" to pay for an item I purchased via a Facebook auction site. It's been 2 months since the transaction and the item has not arrived and after about a month of messages back and forth I'm now having a hard time getting a response from the seller. What should I do next?
If you paid with credit card then file a claim for non-receipt.
Other than that, consider it a costly learning experience and make sure your thoroughly understand all of PayPal policies before you do any more transactions.
