I'm planning on developing a website in the coming months in which users would be purchasing a site credit via payment processors (obviously Paypal will be the first and probably most used). The credit would have real value, since users will also be able to withdraw and convert it back into USD. Since this is a digital good/service, how well would I be protected against charge backs or claims?
Also, I assume it's possible for a site to implement a way in which to check the validity of someone's PayPal account by just providing their email? (As in whether or not it's a Verified account)
