I found the setting where you uncheck the box for "print a receipt" an unchecked it. I oduble checked that it was in fact unchecked. But it is still printing a receipt wiht my labels. I have some two to a page shipping labels I want to use but I cant now. The label that does print is off the template and the second label on the page is wasted with the receipt. Anyone know how I can use my new labels and get it to print without a receipt?
