Linking paypal account automatically to bank account

Can our paypal account be automatically linked to our sporting organisation bank account? We are a not for profit sports organisation and it would be better if all payments to paypal were automatically transferred to our bank account with full references of who has paid in and details of what it was for and did not just sit in the paypal account. This could be either immediate or happen once a week or month etc auotmatically?

I dont think so,if you want a record of detail Paypal transaction, you can download a report from Paypal.

Balance Manager allows you to keep a pre-set balance in your PayPal account. If your balance drops below the specified amount, PayPal automatically initiates an electronic funds transfer from your bank account to restore the minimum balance.

You can use Balance Manager to schedule automatic bank transfers to your PayPal account. You decide how much and how often to transfer money into your PayPal account - Balance Manager does the rest.

There are 2 ways to use Balance Manager.

Set periodic transfers: Choose the amount and frequency of the transfer.

Example: Transfer $100 every 2 weeks.

Set a minimum balance: When your balance falls below a certain amount, we automatically transfer money into your account.

Example: Transfer $100 whenever your balance drops below $25.

To set up Balance Manager, you must have a confirmed bank account linked to your PayPal account and you must also have an active PayPal Debit MasterCard®.

Here's  how to set up Balance Manager:

Log in to your PayPal account.
Follow this link: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/customerprofile/summary.view

Click My Money.
Select Balance Manager from the More drop down menu on the right in the PayPal Balance section.
Select the bank account to use for the transfers.
Select Schedule regular transfers or Set a minimum amount.
Enter the required information and click Set Up.
Review your selections and click Confirm.

Here's how to deactivate Balance Manager:

Log in to your account and follow link: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/customerprofile/summary.view

Click My Money.
Select Balance Manager from the More drop down menu on the right in the PayPal Balance section.

Select Settings off, hit save.

I recommend bookmarking that link to get to the classic version of your profile settings.

It is the opposite I would like to set up. Once cash in the paypal account reaches a certain value (say £50) then it automatically transfers this to our UK bank account. Is this possible?

I think you have to do it manually yourself, and if you want to see the details of that 50,you have to download the PAYPAL activity report

You can say transfer first of the month whatever is in your Paypal account and at the same time, ask for a detail activiy report from your Paypal account with a date range   so it will match with the aggregate sum which you transfer to the bank/

My bad, for some reason, I was under the mistaken impression that balance manager feature was for withdrawals.  They used to have something called Auto Sweep but you have to call PayPal customer support to see if they still offer it and enable it on your account for you.
