Hi! I am selling something that my buyer wants to make payments to me. I have no problem with accepting payments but how do I invoice to accept payments? She said she would pay the fees so how do I know how much the fees are going to be total? My item is $550.00 US dollars and she is making 4 payments of $137.50 each. How do I send her one invoice and how do I know how much to charge for fees? Thank you for any help someone can give me on this. I need to send her an invoice asap. Thank you!!

I don't think there is a way to offer multiple payments from one invoice. If so, that would mean the seller were acting like a banker. Being a banker and offering payment services is for credit cards and PayPal Credit. You could suggest buyer use a credi service.
On the other hand, just provide a detailed contract for the service with payments specified and then issue separate invoices at the appropriate times. All fees will be part of the invoice, as paid by the seller from the invoice. You could just add 3% to the invoice if you want the buyer to pay a fee surcharge.
