On the tenth of august I got an e-mail saying my subscription to a webcomic was suspended because I was unable to make payments for it. I updated my card and I got my account confirmed but still my account is suspended. So when I sent the person who I am subscribed too the money needed I still didn't get my subscription back. How can I fix this and get unsuspended?
Thats what I am trying to figure out, I sent the person I am subscribed to an E-mail and she said she doesn't know how to get me unsuspended. I still haven't recieved an e-mail telling me my account has been unsuspended. It still says I owe her 3$ even though I sent her some money a few days ago. I thought maybe if i did that it would reactivate my subscription but it didn't.
