How to send order acknowledgement to customer

I have a PayPal business account. I use Mals-E for my shopping cart. After the customer makes her purchases and payment is made via PayPal I want an order acknowledgement sent to the customer. What do I need to do in PayPal to make this happen? I believe my settings are correct in Mals.

 

I was told by a Mals guru that in PayPal I needed to go under Profiles then under Hosted Payment Settings and there find the Website Payment Preferences link. In that set Auto Return to On and enter my website URL. Unfortunately I do not find a Hosted Payment Settings  under Profile.

The auto return setting you are looking for is under Profile > My Selling Tools > Website preferences.

 

That feature will automatically send your customers back to the URL you specify after they finish checkout.
