Make sure tracking numbers are provided as well. It would help speed the release of funds up by requesting buyer to update the PayPal transaction status to "item received". When you mark the PayPal transaction as "Processed" (for services), or "Shipped" (for goods)' the item received status will be available to customer to mark transaction with. If you are selling at eBay, make that is updated as well.
There are reports of a glitch with releasing funds upon day 21, contact PayPal customer service.
