Paypal Error You cannot add a bank account at this time!

I cannot add bank account.

We've just updated the name and added a bank account.

Names and address on PayPal account should be the same as bank account and card that you are adding to PayPal account.

Try to add bank again in a couple days.  Name on bank account may need time to update.

All information are correct.

It has been a month since we change the Company name on file we trying to add the new bank account.

Is there a part of the forum that solves the issue?

Forum users do not have access to accounts or back end technical stuff so you would need to get a hold of PayPal customer service.  Click "Contact" on bottom of page and click "Call Us".
