Second time typing this. Literally I had another complaint about the way Paypal works, and then when I was finished typing this after 15 minutes, I forgot to select my category and as soon as I did - IT REMOVED EVERYTHING THAT I HAD PREVIOUSLY TYPED Like the third world country engineers - literally have no idea or think about things like this? Everything these robotic scripted third world countries touch literally stuff things up and make the user experience harder for everyone else. Now my original point that I was complaining about (after now having to retype this because its another **bleep** up from paypal's design) is the following. I wanted to find out where I could leave a custom description or what the transaction was for under the account statements as a lot of the times I forget why I paid someone (but no one also from Paypal ever thought of a way to put a reason under the transaction page) so I decided to contact Paypal help who wanted to save money instead of paying third world country employees they wanted a robot to try to solve my issue. Anyway - the robot was unable to help - however I WAS LIMITED TO TWO LINES TO DESCRIBE MY CONCERN that would be emailed off to the Paypal representative. SO I HAVE HAD TO LITERALLY TYPE 10 SEPERATE MESSAGES CONSISTING OF TWO LINES so that the third world country employee would be able to understand what my complaint was. No one who designed this chat bot thought that anyone using it would need more than 2 lines??????? SERIOUSLY? I can't believe how stubborn and pathetic Paypal is. ALSO - ANYONE WHO IS TYPING UP A NEW POST - YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO COPY AND PASTE YOUR TEXT BECAUSE TYPICALLY THE BOARD WILL NOT COME UP TO SELECT IT IN ORDER TO POST YOUR QUESTION UNTIL YOU CLICK ON SUBMIT MAKES ME SO ANGRY
