I sold an item and the buyer paid immediately. A few minutes later I received another email from PayPal this time saying they felt they buyer had not been authorized to use the PayPal balance or something like that and they said they had cancel the transaction. Should I make the seller pay through eBay again with another method or re-list the item? Do I have to just sit here and wait for them to pay for two days before I can open a case and the resolution center?
