paying online in japanese yen, my card has JPY value, but for some reason it tries to draw from another currency causing it to convert twice on top of paypal's fees... huh what... even set paypal default in JPY, it doesn't work? what is the point   anyone have any insights as to how to make my payments default into JPY and not make it convert each time? ...
