I am not getting my money from paypal. They have put money on hold and don't even allowing me to update the status of the order. I am **bleep** by these theives. I have written to customer care several times but no answer yet. When will I get my money back

I am not able to update the status of my order. Paypal is not releasing my money and also not aloowing me to update the status of my order. It is just showing"sorry for inconveniece". I have sent emails to costumer care but they aren't replying. This is totally unexpected that paypal would consume my money like this

I have received money from my relative, and paypal put it on hold. And now I ma trying to get money, by selecting how I have fulfilled my order. The page is showing " sorry for inconveniece". What is this.

How much money paypal charge when someone send money from other countries. My family will be sending money from India to me in Poland. For instance they send me 5 zloty and I only receive 3,40 at my end. So their charges would be reduce if my family send more money or the charges would remain same.
