If primary funding source is exhausted on a purchase does PayPal then take only the difference from bank?   I have a prepaid debit card from a promotional offer. I am trying to buy something in eBay that is $295 but then eBay added taxes which took total over the balance resulting in a decline.   I added that debit card here. If I use that as primary, make a purchase that is $20 over the $300 balance will PayPal take the first 300 from debit card then the last 20 from bank? Is there a way to be SURE the whole purchase is not taken from my bank?  That would kill me.     ... View more

For some reason today I needed to request money and tried the android app. After putting in the email and amount it asked me to log in again with my PIN.  Problem is for me the PIN has never worked in the app. I chose the "use password" option but that just sends me back to input the non-functional PIN!  Had to go to PC to do transaction.   I reset PIN while there but still the app refuses to accept it as valid.   Anyone else have these issues with the app?   Customer support wants me to wait hours on messages or phone and I cannot find a way to send an email. PayPal should be using telecommute and still have adequate support given the amount of money they make and the number of people who rely on their services. ... View more

I had issues logging in first. Had to reset password twice in 5 minutes. (04/20/2020 5PM ) Then tried to generate an Invoice and said could not complete at this time try later. I tried to use chat...that's missing entirely. Tried "Message Us" that's a robot and when I try "agent" it says wait time is a few HOURS! Blame it on covid-19 Where are all their Work from Home people? As of now I am removing PayPal from my web sites as it appears it is currently impossible to invoice a customer or contact support so I'd have no confidence that if a customer actually paid me I could get my money. ...
