Android App problem with PIN

For some reason today I needed to request money and tried the android app. After putting in the email and amount it asked me to log in again with my PIN.  Problem is for me the PIN has never worked in the app. I chose the "use password" option but that just sends me back to input the non-functional PIN!  Had to go to PC to do transaction.

 

I reset PIN while there but still the app refuses to accept it as valid.

 

Anyone else have these issues with the app?

 

Customer support wants me to wait hours on messages or phone and I cannot find a way to send an email.

PayPal should be using telecommute and still have adequate support given the amount of money they make and the number of people who rely on their services.
