I'm sorry for this trouble, especially after having success in the past. Please review your account's Resolution Center or account Notifications for any alert regarding an account limitation. If there is a limitation, review the requirements that could be listed and send in the information so your account can be reviewed. Once the account is resolved, you should be able to process your transfer. If your account is in good-standing, it's possible you had updated or changed something on your PayPal account profile. The name on the bank account should match the name in the PayPal profile, as well as the billing address to the accounts. Kindly get your details updated so the information matches and attempt the transfer again. If you continue to face challenges, it is best to get in direct contact with PayPal support.
