How I Change my name from Masab <removed> (nick Name) to Mosaab <removed> (Legal Name)

I am facing a problem of name change in my paypal account. I made an account with a nick name Masab <removed>, however, my real name is Mosaab <removed>. Recently, My account has been limited to receive or send transactions. I verified all the details like bank account, personal and contact details. But the paypal team says your name on paypal does not match with the documents you provided to verify your account. I change my name in the Update section. However, When I choose the option (nickname or wrong signup) it takes me back to my profile page.. ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED

You can only change a name on a paypal account for a 'minor' typo or legal reasons ie marriage etc.

If you used a nickname and have no legal documents with that name on it then that paypal account is useless to you as you would never be able to verify it.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
