Hi @HRiethmann,     I'm sorry for the confusion. Because your email address is the identity of your PayPal account, yes, sellers have the ability to see that. We aren't able to disburse money directly to the restaurants' bank accounts, but we may be able to help to automate disbursement within PayPal through Adaptive Payments and/or Mass Payments. This may require a bit of integration on your website's end or manual transfers, but may help with what you're trying to do. Payment holds are typical with PayPal and as an industry standard, and this wouldn't particularly be random. From what you've described, the hold may have just been because you haven't sold on PayPal in a while. Hi @Teddoink123!   If you're acquiring your internet connection from a different source (data or WiFi) than you typically do, this could cause our inability to verify that it's you that's accessing your account. For this reason, a representative would need to chat with you over the phone to take additional steps to verify your identity.
