Hi @MrSmith106!   I'm sorry for the confusion. Because the PayPal Business Debit Card is not a line of credit, you shouldn't have anything due. You can use this debit card to fund payments from your PayPal balance, and it may back up to a bank account if you'd like to opt into that.    I hope that this helps!   -Angela ... View more

Hi @Estremores!    I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you're experiencing when trying to make payments. Merchants like Uber generally require an instant form of payment in the event that your PayPal balance has depleted by the time they capture the amount for the completed ride. If you have one of our debit cards, you can use your PayPal balance anywhere that MasterCard is accepted.
