Curious as to why my payment to a business's account is pending when I have sent via paypal to the business before(not for a while but have in the past) I received an email almost instantly after using PayPal to pay for goods, stating the payment is temporarily pending.
Is this a normal reaction via PayPal to do this or is it an out of the blue random check?

Payment holds are typical with PayPal and as an industry standard, and this wouldn't particularly be random.
