Same here, the balance is over 2.000 Dollars and PayPal is holding with the pretext that they are following the rules of security. People who lie, people who steal, people do not have the guts to give a call to their clients because their service is just a big scrap. PayPal is holding my money pretending for the whole issue is for security reasons. They are making up different pretexts and saying different lies just to keep my money. I cannot even upload the screenshot of the messages here. One of the Customer Service told me (Chiara) told me that she has tried to call me but so far I didn't receive any call, on the contrary I had to call them  in order to protect my right as a client of this company to have my money in my regular card. This company is fraudulent, the level is far away from what tell us. I will escalate the case to the respective departments in order to make these people and convince these people that nobody has the right to steal our money and work. ... View more

I am from Albania and the only way to add a bank account ( I didn't know about this) is selecting an US bank. The problem is not only related to technical issues, the always justification. Personally, I cannot add a local bank to my account and retrieve my money. My money is stuck in PayPal and I don't know how to proceed. Already added a debit card which is not accepted. Any information how to solve this issue?
