Fraudulent Company

PayPal is holding my money pretending for the whole issue is for security reasons. They are making up different pretexts and saying different lies just to keep my money. I cannot even upload the screenshot of the messages here. One of the Customer Service told me (Chiara) told me that she has tried to call me but so far I didn't receive any call, on the contrary I had to call them  in order to protect my right as a client of this company to have my money in my regular card. This company is fraudulent, the level is far away from what tell us. I will escalate the case to the respective departments in order to make these people and convince these people that nobody has the right to steal our money and work.

If you were sent a payment for goods and services and it is subject to PayPal 21 day Funds Availability hold, and there is no need for shipping because you provided a service, locate the payment transaction in your PayPal Activity, click it, then click "Add Tracking", select an order status and then contact the sender to click "Confirm Receipt" on their end.

Last time this happened to me, it takes SIX months to release the funds you will get them back. Just not now.

The amount was £850.

The money was withheld from me from the end of November 2014 and released to me end of May 2015.

Is not related to merchant issues or shipping issues. The account is just a personal account and the current balance is on hold for just I have replaced the card. That's all. Card is regular and already confirmed, and the worst they are blind.
