Hi @Nikhil_69,   Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!   In general, your funds may have been held for multiple reasons. If you sent the amount as Goods and Services, the receiver may not be able to issue a refund until the payment completes. If you don't receive the refund even after the transaction shows as Completed on the receiver's side, you can dispute the payment as Item Not Received. If the transaction was sent as Friends and Family, the amount may have been held for a random check. In this case, payments are usually reviewed within 24 hours. Hi @Mikoyuy,   Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!   Even if you've converted the amount, you should still be able to refund the payment. However, please note that when you refund a transaction, the fees are not returned. This means that you need to have enough money in your balance to cover the full amount sent initially. If you don't and adding money to your balance is available to you, please do so. Also, make sure that the limitation is not preventing you from issuing refunds. Hi @carlyg415,   Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!   In general, please note that you're only allowed to add your own financial information to your PayPal account. If your account has been limited, you would not be able to remove any information from your PayPal account until the limitation has been resolved. Also, if the description of the charge on your cart statement says 'PayPal', it may be that the purchase was completed through guest checkout. In that case, please reach out to our Customer Service and we will help you initiate a dispute for an Item Not Received. Hi @Richard_Padgett,   Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!   In general, sometimes, email providers don't differentiate email addresses with or without special characters. For example, if your mother's address was 'name.surname', this would be showing the same as if the email was 'namesurname'. If the account has been closed, your mother should be able to use the email address without issues. Hi @davidjhuss,   Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!   If the transaction is showing as Completed on your PayPal account, this means that you won't be able to cancel it, I am afraid. However, you can reach out to Apple and ask for a refund. Otherwise, if you did not receive what you paid for, you can dispute the payment for an Item Not Received.
