I've been trying to add PayPal as a payment method in google play but for some reason, it keeps showing me the message "We’re sorry. We were unable to set up pre-approved payments. Please try again later." and I am losing my mind. I've already verified my card 'cause I saw on some other site that it should be verified but it still has the same results. To anyone that can help me, thank you so much.
