Hi @ismail1996,   Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!   In general, when a limitation is lifted, you won't see any pending issues in your Resolution Centre anymore. Please check your Resolution Centre to make sure this has been resolved. Regarding your other question, you may not be able to add your PayPal account as checkout to more than one website. Also, it could be a security issue. Unfortunately, we would not be able to manually change the security settings. However, you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. Usually, this has nothing to do with the merchant, but with the buyer's account. For example, it could have been a security measure. Otherwise, it could be that payments had failed, which caused the card to be disabled. I would recommend clearing the cache and cookies of the App before trying again. Have you changed your phone recently? I am asking as the system may not be trusting new devices straight away. If the email is not fake, then make sure that you've claimed the payment correctly. Generally, to claim the payment, the email address linked to the account needs to be confirmed.
