Or you can appeal by doing the following: Go to the Resolution Centre. Click Report a Problem.     Select Closed cases in the drop-down menu and find the claim you want to appeal.     Click Appeal in the action column.   The Appeal button will only be available for 10 days after your case closes. ... An update...I decided to contact Paypal by message, which may be fruitful, as they are now investigating my case, they closed the case as the seller said the return was not received. Paypal are now checking the tracking information I had added previously to the case. Lets hope they now reverse their decision.  So to anyone wishing to appeal a closed case, although there is no official route to do this, you can Message them with details and they should have another look at your case.   ... Paypal has closed my case in the sellers favour, saying my return information is invalid. This is wrong. I have all the proof, photos and tracking details. I sent them copies of the  return postage label, copies of tracking which showed the whereabouts of the item throughout its journey from the UK all the way to China, also proof of its arrival at the final destination. where China Post states that nobody was there to collect the item, but that they left information at the address on how to collect the item. Yet Paypal have closed the case the reason being given is that my tracking information is invalid!? What I really want to know is how can I get this decision reversed as there has obviously been a mistake somewhere. Any help will be much appreciated as the item was not cheap. Has anyone had experience of buying an item, named as a designer piece, which several years later I discover to be a fake? I dont know how long records are kept in Paypal. I cannot find the details in ebay's Purchase History as they only go back 3 years. I trusted the seller that it was genuine, and as ebay are supposed to screen for fakes, I never thought the item was a fake, until I took it in to have it repaired. I then sent it for a full authenticatiuon, and it came back as counterfeit. Do I have any come-back with Paypal, or even can they find the transaction details, so that I can contact the seller and try to obtain a refund? Many thanks... ... View more

Hi, How long does it usually take for money requested (and agreed to by the buyer) to arrive in my Paypal account? The buyer said they would pay today via their email address if I sent a request. This I did about half an hour ago. The buyer has a paypal account. Obviously I wont be sending the item until payment is received. Just an idea how long I should expect to wait until the money hits my account, before I need to send a remonder. Many thanks! ... View more

Hi...did you go to the Resolution Centre online to report the non-receipt of your item? I ordered some mugs from MugBubble, around the same time as you, in response to an advert on Facebook. They are part of FANTEES PTY LTD. I wish I'd checked the reviews beforehand, as there are a lot of unhappy customers of that company out there, who haven't received their goods. Paypal escalated thecomplaint to a claim straightaway once they knew how long I'd been waiting, and gave them 14 days to respond to their email. Which they didn't...so now the case is at thge final stage, Under Review. It sounds like you encountered a software malfunction in getting "Error". Best thing is to call Paypal who will be able to start the case for you. This company is a total scam. ... View more
